Privacy and data handling

How Qadmly handles your data.

We use your career information to provide the service, improve your job-search workflow, and keep you in control of your profile.

Protocol 01

shield

Our commitment

Qadmly processes the information you provide so the product can prepare career materials, match opportunities, and support application workflows.

We do not sell your personal profile data. We keep operational records only as needed to deliver the product, maintain security, support users, and meet legal or platform requirements.

Protocol 02

fingerprint

Information we use

  • 01.

    CV/Resume Assets

Parsed to build and improve career materials.

  • 02.

    LinkedIn Metadata

Used when you choose to connect or provide LinkedIn details.

  • 03.

    Application activity

Used to show submissions, statuses, and related product history.

Protocol 03

security

Security and access

Your career profile may include sensitive professional information. We use access controls and secure service providers to limit how that information is handled.

No system can promise zero risk, but we design the product to reduce unnecessary exposure and keep account-level information available only to authorized flows.

Chrome Web Store

extension

Qadmly Connect browser extension

This section applies to the optional Chrome extension published as “Qadmly Connect.” It supplements the policies above and describes what the extension does with your information.

Purpose

The extension links your browser to your Qadmly account so you can complete job applications that Qadmly queues for you on supported job boards. It is not a general web tracker. It does not extract or publish job listings from the web for unrelated purposes.

Data stored on your device

The extension may store your Qadmly connection token, configured app URL, display name and email after you connect, pending applications, submission status, saved form answers used for apply flows, and related UI state in Chrome local storage (and short-lived session storage for large apply payloads).

Data sent to Qadmly

When you are connected, the extension communicates with your configured Qadmly application over HTTPS—for example to fetch pending applications, confirm submission results, load portal profile and knowledge-bank answers, and sync apply-related data. This data is used only to provide the service to you.

Supported job sites

With your action, the production extension runs content scripts only on Naukrigulf to assist with application steps. It does not run on all websites and does not monitor your browsing outside those flows.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent extension data to third parties for advertising. We do not use extension data to determine creditworthiness or for unrelated profiling.

Your choices

You can disconnect in the extension popup (which clears local extension data and revokes the token on our servers when possible) or uninstall the extension from Chrome. For export, correction, or account deletion, use the rights described in Protocol 04 or contact us via the channels on this site.

Product analytics

monitoring

How we measure and improve Qadmly

We use limited product analytics to understand which public campaigns bring people to Qadmly and where users complete or leave key product steps.

What we collect

We record specific product events such as viewing the landing page, completing signup, generating or uploading a CV, queueing a job, submitting an application, and starting or activating a subscription. Campaign parameters, landing language, and the referring website domain may also be recorded. Signed-in activity uses an internal account identifier rather than your email address.

What is excluded

We do not send your name, email, phone, CV content or files, screening questions or answers, contact messages, job titles, employer names, extension tokens, payment identifiers, or full page URLs to product analytics. Automatic page capture and session replay are disabled.

Service provider

Qadmly uses PostHog EU Cloud as its product analytics provider. Analytics is used for product and campaign measurement and is not used to sell your personal profile data or for advertising profiling.
